Jesus Is The Answer For Our Teens!

Here we are, just one year later,anticipating the greatest event of the summer, IYC '09! This morning when I woke up, I felt an overwhelming rush of excitement as I began to think that in a little over 24 hours, camp will be upon us, and I began to see in my mind the scores of young people from all over the country, and other parts of the world, going through the registration lines, getting their room information, t-shirt, and lanyard, and seeing them heading to the Church house for service. It's exciting indeed.

Just the other day, I was talking with my associates, and we were discussing the differences between our camp and other camps across the country. And the only answer as to what makes our camp different is the Moving and the Operation of the Holy Spirit. Pure and simple. There is no earthly answer for the problems that face these young people, for nothing that man can engineer will ever fix the heartache, pain, and depression that many are facing today. The only answer for our Nation's young people, and the world's, is Jesus Christ and Him Crucified! He is the ONLY THING that can change the heart and life and sinner. Our young people are sick, spiritually speaking, and the only Remedy is Christ and Him Crucified. While many will offer all types of answers, none will ever work. Only Christ can meet the needs of the youth of this world.
